At first, when you just migrate here, this change might seem daunting but you soon get adapted to this lifestyle. Soon, you become a true Mumbaikar taking the local trains. Speaking about travelling, Advaik’s character, essayed by Virajas Kulkarni, is seen wrangling with the taxi driver when he just arrives. He says, ” Dekiye mein Mumbai ka hi hu, yeh mera roz ka rasta hai. Aap mujhe road pe mat ghumayiye.” After watching that we had a deja vu feeling! As a resident, our day isn’t complete without this dialogue to the rickshaw/taxi driver. These petty fights have become the part and parcel of our daily life in the city.
This bickering is just for that moment only. Sometimes, with these drivers, we get talking and end up forming a bond. After all, they are also working for their livelihood just like us. This is the magic of Mumbai that Advaik got to experience.
